I have order it on 2 of october and on 4 october it say it have been ship and it gonna reach me soon. After a week have past i was curious that it doesnt seem to arrive. So i check my order status on their website and it say that i should contact there customer service so i click the link.. "the session has expired" so im like ok.... i write them in form instead, i ask them kindly what happen to my order... another week have gone by with no answer, i write another form and still nothing. im not even sure anymore if they have customer service or they dont have enough experience or capable to do their buisness right. Problem with delivery is one thing, i can understand that but you dont leave your customer with no answer or pick up call(as i read from other review who got similiar experience). Im lucky that its my first order and im only order just one articel, i do feel bad for people with big order. I hope they answer me... if they cant send it to me, just tell me and refund my money!
