I placed an order recently and received 13.5 kilos of trail mix last week. I did not order trail mix and I don't want it. I have repeatedly tried contacting the company via email as their online complaint form did not work (submit buttons were greyed out despite all fields being completed). I have not received a response and cannot reach a human via their telephone contact either.
