I had a second bad experience of a total of three orders. First one, no informstion and a refund. Now a completely wrong box which is nothing I ordered. I have tried to call them but nothing, no reply to my email, no valid telephone numbers, website gives wrong pathways... I wrote them last Friday but they should prioritize these failed orders and find a fast resolution in the very beginning of the week. Now I am waiting for a reply, hopefully praying they will solve it otherwise I will lose 100€, not an option next step is either they solve it quickly or I just will stop buying them forever and rising a claim in other places.Poor resolution, disaster of customer service and they should improve warehouse protocols, how a delivery note and label can be mixed up during packing process! Outrageous!
