I placed an order on the 27th of February 2023 and the order never arrived to my address although on my KoRo account it says order completed. After contacting KoRo and raising a complaints form and providing the details of my order, I got a reply from them saying “your order has arrived” with a screen shot of a previous order from January 24th 2023. How can I enquire about a delivery that was placed on 27th February that hasn’t arrived but I get provided with a previous delivery that did get delivered? That is absolutely ridiculous and stupid that someone has got this wrong in such a ridiculous way. I am very angry with KoRo at not being able to take simple instructions.
