I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.
My order was already taking longer than expected to arrive, and on the scheduled delivery day, the tracking suddenly showed that the parcel had been “refused” and was being returned to the sender, which is simply not possible. The delivery address is my company, where there is always someone present to receive packages.
To make matters worse, I received no notification whatsoever about this issue. Had I not proactively checked the tracking myself, I would have had no idea there was a problem...
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted KoRo through two different channels and received no response at all... no explanation, no assistance, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
I am now left without my order and without any communication from the company.
Very poor service - I would not recommend ordering from them.
