This is a total scam. You can find the same smart ring for £12 elsewhere. I regret falling for this scam as the ring is subpar and doesn't function properly. It was a disappointing Christmas gift for my daughter. To make matters worse, the setup instructions were in Chinese, and the responses from the customer service team seem to be generated by AI.
