This is a total scam. You can find the same smart ring for £12 elsewhere. I regret falling for this scam as the ring is subpar and doesn't function properly. It was a disappointing Christmas gift for my daughter. To make matters worse, the setup instructions were in Chinese, and the responses from the customer service team seem to be generated by AI.

This is a scam. The camera specs do not match what’s advertised; it came in a non-branded box stating 75 MP, while the website claimed 56 MP, but it’s really only 12 MP at best. It’s not even 4K quality, barely DVD quality. The product is just cheap junk from overseas. I hope you read this before making a purchase. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I can confirm other reviews about the 5% refund offer and absurd return charges, plus having to send it back to China instead of Germany as stated. Disgraceful behavior, and I will make sure to report this everywhere.
