When I requested a return (despite all communications indicating UK), the company was overly aggressive, charging a £30 admin fee and a £20 restocking fee, plus return shipping to Hong Kong. In short, don’t bother. I can’t comment on the product since it’s still in the box, but any company selling into the UK should have a reasonable return policy. Their current policy shows they don’t care about customers, which likely reflects on their product quality. Just avoid them.
