I ordered a Christmas sweater that turned out to be a poor imitation of what was advertised, and it even arrived with a torn buttonhole. I reached out to the support team to inquire about returning the item for a refund. The only reply I received was an offer for a discount on a future purchase or on the damaged item I had. I responded multiple times to clarify that I simply wanted to return the product, but I've heard nothing since. This feels like a questionable business. I would highly recommend staying away.
