The order was delivered late and when delivered, the products - two "sweaters" were not sweaters at all but cheap fabric printed. When I sought customer assistance to return the items for a refund, they have sent me on a wild goose chase, delaying, delaying and then suggesting that they would refund me 30% of the sale to just keep it. I still haven't gotten an address to send this crap back. These guys are a SCAM and sell garbage. Don't take the chance. One star is generous. Those reporting a better experience likely work for the company.
Extremely disappointing experience. My package was never received. I reached out to the returns and refunds department within the specified timeframe but got nowhere. Their responses kept redirecting me to inquire with the shipping company or check for a non-delivery notice from the post office. It's ironic, as they use a shipping service I've never heard of that seems to specialize in losing packages quickly. The post office had no information on what happened to my order. Attempts to contact the shipping service resulted in silence, aside from an automated reply acknowledging my email. Instead of processing a refund and seeking reimbursement from the carrier, the company has dragged its feet for weeks, demanding proof that the package was not delivered. How can one prove the absence of a package, especially when the shipping service won’t respond? In summary, I suggest avoiding this service unless you enjoy a frustrating experience akin to being attacked by a bear.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. The only positive aspect of this transaction was the opportunity to share my experience.
This is undoubtedly the worst clothing purchase I have ever encountered. What I received bears no resemblance to the product images. The sweater is comically low quality—thin, stiff, and the design appears to be a cheap, poorly printed graphic on fabric. I spent $55 on an item that feels like it was sourced from a clearance sale or a dubious online site. It’s frankly insulting that this company considers this acceptable quality. There’s a complete lack of attention to detail, craftsmanship, and honesty in the product's presentation. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from this platform. It's a total waste of money, and I completely regret this purchase. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This seller is subpar.
I placed an order on December 5th and contacted support the same day to request a size change. I didn’t receive a response until December 16th, only to be informed that the product was in transit and the size couldn’t be changed. If the support team had checked their emails, this issue could have been resolved 10 days earlier. You would expect that if there was a mistake with an order, they would at least send a replacement product. I will never order from this business again; their business model is incredibly poor. If I ran a business focused on customer sales and support, I would ensure there were enough staff to handle inquiries. It’s now just a few days from January, and I still have not received my product. This company has failed in every aspect of customer support. When they requested feedback, their system wouldn’t accept my review unless it was 3 stars or higher. I tried submitting my review five times and kept getting a message that it was not accepted. Only when I selected 3 stars did it finally go through.
Customer support is unresponsive! I placed an order on November 27, 2025, and it still hasn't been shipped, despite the company's claim that items are shipped within 5-8 days. I have repeatedly requested a refund and cancellation of my order, but I have not received any reply.
Do not buy from this seller! The products do not match what is shown on the website, and when you raise an issue, they insist you pay for shipping back to the USA. Fortunately, I managed to win a dispute through a payment service for a full refund, but they are very insistent and will adhere to their return policy for several days. Stand firm if you need a refund or steer clear of this site completely!
