I placed an order on December 5th and contacted support the same day to request a size change. I didn’t receive a response until December 16th, only to be informed that the product was in transit and the size couldn’t be changed. If the support team had checked their emails, this issue could have been resolved 10 days earlier. You would expect that if there was a mistake with an order, they would at least send a replacement product. I will never order from this business again; their business model is incredibly poor. If I ran a business focused on customer sales and support, I would ensure there were enough staff to handle inquiries. It’s now just a few days from January, and I still have not received my product. This company has failed in every aspect of customer support. When they requested feedback, their system wouldn’t accept my review unless it was 3 stars or higher. I tried submitting my review five times and kept getting a message that it was not accepted. Only when I selected 3 stars did it finally go through.
