Extremely disappointing experience. My package was never received. I reached out to the returns and refunds department within the specified timeframe but got nowhere. Their responses kept redirecting me to inquire with the shipping company or check for a non-delivery notice from the post office. It's ironic, as they use a shipping service I've never heard of that seems to specialize in losing packages quickly. The post office had no information on what happened to my order. Attempts to contact the shipping service resulted in silence, aside from an automated reply acknowledging my email. Instead of processing a refund and seeking reimbursement from the carrier, the company has dragged its feet for weeks, demanding proof that the package was not delivered. How can one prove the absence of a package, especially when the shipping service won’t respond? In summary, I suggest avoiding this service unless you enjoy a frustrating experience akin to being attacked by a bear.
