I ordered their shoes on Black Friday and still have not received them yet as of January 24, 2026, 2 months later. I initiated a credit card dispute after not hearing for an entire month, not even an order confirmation email; was then told by the company that their stock ran out - fine. I was offered priority shipping + a 20% refund on my order for my experience if I withdrew the dispute. I did and it has been a week now and still have not heard any updates regarding my 20% refund or the shoes. Company has been completely silent.

They sent the wrong size

They sent the wrong size, and when I let them know, they said:“We sent you a smaller size because our sizes are larger than those of common sneakers.” Actually, I ordered the correct size (EU43) but they arbitrarily sent a different size (EU42) which does not fit. Now they want me to pay for a return despite the fact that it was their error! Totally unacceptable.

Wonderful! I bought the same size that I usually wear and they fit me perfectly, they adapt very well to the foot. The internal insole is very comfortable to wear them regularly. I am delighted!

Poor product, shady company

Shoes are cheap and incredibly tight on toe box. Company is based in Singapore and buyer has to pay for and arrange return shipping for returns and exchanges. Kosen hides this information on their returns/exchanges page. Their website also suggests they have a 5/5 TrustPilot score, when the actual score is 3.7/5. Majority of recent reviews are negative. Shady.
