Unresponsive and Frustrating Experience

I'm not convinced that real people are behind the responses, if they even reply to emails at all. The answers I received were just basic information already available on the site, without addressing my actual questions. They claim the package can take up to 8 days, which is amusing since we're now on day 10. I would appreciate some communication about that, but nothing. It feels like they might be using an AI to handle their replies.

I'm not even sure there are real people responding...

I'm not even sure if there are real people replying... if and when they finally respond to an email. They provide a simple recap of information that is already on the site without addressing my question. They claim the package can take up to 8 days, which is nice! However, we're on day 10 now, so let's discuss that... nope. I genuinely believe they have an automated system handling their messages.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They attempted to deliver my packages after hours at my business, despite providing the company name and hours in the delivery preferences. The delivery hours are terrible. The website tracking doesn't update correctly, and customer service is AWFUL. I submitted three tickets and finally received a response to the last one... I emailed back right away and haven't heard anything since. I won't order anything if I know they are using this service.

Delivery was supposed to happen...

My order was supposed to arrive between December 5–8. Today is December 8, and now the tracking indicates an estimated delivery of December 15. This is incredibly disappointing. Had I known the service was this slow and the delivery times were inaccurate, I would have shopped locally instead. Zero stars for service and reliability.

The worst parcel tracking in the industry, paired with ineffective responses to inquiries. I will steer clear of any company that partners with this service!

A company with no live support?

A company that lacks live support? Their phone number directs you to email, and then you have to wait for a customer service agent to tell you they can't find your tracking number, which was provided by the company you contacted! Then they claim they couldn't deliver because they couldn't locate the building. Have they never heard of online maps? I live in a house, so it's no wonder they couldn't find it! A complete mess of a service! Good luck to anyone facing their unresponsiveness!

Claiming weather delays for missed deliveries...

They cited weather delays for not delivering on a Friday. On Monday, I received a message at 2 PM stating "unable to deliver". This service seems to avoid deliveries in winter. I wouldn't recommend them.

This business will do everything possible to prevent you from reaching out with issues. All contact options lead to a dead end where nothing gets resolved, and you can NEVER reach anyone. Drivers often claim they are out delivering and blame businesses for being closed when they are not. WELCOME TO FRUSTRATION.

This company is utterly terrible

This company is completely and absolutely terrible. You will wait weeks for your delivery and receive NOTHING. Such a poor service has no right to exist.
