I regret not researching this service before my purchase. They sold me items that were out of stock and then emailed me saying they would be available in 3 to 5 days. There was no mention of a refund option. They just let me know I would receive the items when they restocked. After three emails requesting a refund, I found out I had to pay for shipping. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
