Tried to make a purchase card got declined tried again the website said it declined again then logged in to my bank website I see 2 transactions of that purchase like what the heck they scam you
I regret not researching this service before my purchase. They sold me items that were out of stock and then emailed me saying they would be available in 3 to 5 days. There was no mention of a refund option. They just let me know I would receive the items when they restocked. After three emails requesting a refund, I found out I had to pay for shipping. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
I'm truly dissatisfied! I wish I had checked reviews before making a purchase. They sold me items that were not available and later emailed me stating they would restock in 3 to 5 days. No mention of a refund was offered. Essentially, they told me I'd get the items whenever they decided to restock. After sending three emails to request a refund, I discovered I had to pay for shipping. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!
I do not recommend this service for online purchases. My shipping and billing addresses didn't match, and they insisted that I call them. When I did, they said for a 'small fee' to verify with my bank, they could process my order. What a scam! I have shopped online with mismatched addresses before without issues, and this feels like a dishonest way to extract more money. NO THANK YOU! MOVING ON!
This company is fantastic! The customer service is friendly and very helpful. The purchasing process is smooth with various payment options available. They have a wide range of products, all in stock! Their prices are competitive, often the lowest I’ve seen. Shipping costs are also reasonable.
