Shipping took longer than expected initially. While returning items is easy, the costs are quite high and not clearly stated. Refunds are processed quickly, but the quality is good and the sizing is a bit questionable. I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 due to the high return shipping fees. I probably won't order online again because the return costs make it feel too risky.
