I was unable to reach Kovi. First attempt was a phone call, where they user said "hello" and then hung up. That happened a second time. My third attempt was through their website form, where I asked my question and reported their phone not working.No replies.But because I loved a fabric, I decided to order anyway. To my surprise, their shipping fee was nearly as much as the fabric.It gets better (and worse). I used google image to find the same fabric, discounted 50% from Kovi's price and with free shipping to arrive in in less than a week. So, I would say pound-for-pound, Kovi is a rip-off and that's only if you can reach them to place an order.
