All the samples as well as the actual yardage I ended up ordering are of superior quality. But the added wonderful part of ordering from KOVI is their customer service! I've never experienced customer service this good! They go above and beyond to help you find and choose the perfect fabric. I received personalized service throughout the entire process of ordering samples and then ordering the fabric. And when I initially couldn't find the exact match of fabric I was looking for, I emailed them a photo of the fabric I was trying to match and Andrea (the incredible customer service rep who helped me) found me the perfect match! Prior to working with KOVI, I had spent days doing extensive research trying to find the fabric I was looking for in other fabric stores (both retail and online) with no success...I only wish I had known about KOVI before!
