I bought a Prepaid simcard, (not talking about the overpricing) topped up and bought some bundles (liked the fact that you could make your bundle up as you wished choosing data, minutes and txts separately, still overpriced) .The bundles failed tò activate (Active but not working) and I have spent three days calling a customer service tò be left down, After I went through 5 agents..Nobody could provide with a clear answer on why I paid for having nothing..Well, they also told me tò go tò a kpn shop, thing that I did Just tò find out they cannot help on Prepaid.. Is It not stealing?probably Just because It would have legal consequences. But yes, 16 € spent for receiving voicemail asking me tò top up. So they've gone wasted. That's NL best network on Google..It feels like there was a missing part that customer service does not want tò tell me, I found It irritating. Why paying for something if It would not work?
