My mother passed away early this morning, and we initially chose Kramer based on positive reviews. However, after speaking with Josh from Kramer, we’ve decided to go with another provider. He was condescending and argumentative when discussing pricing that was listed on their website, and although he said he would send an itemized invoice for clarification, which we didn’t receive after more than two hours of waiting. We ended up switching to a different company during that time.I understand there can sometimes be confusion around pricing, but I would expect a funeral home to approach these conversations with greater tact and sensitivity, especially when working with grieving families. I would not recommend this company. This morning has already been incredibly difficult, and the added stress of unclear pricing and poor customer service was unnecessary and upsetting.
