Terrible customer service, avoid this company. Bought a couple of bins that arrived with missing clips. They refused to send the missing parts because I was a few days outside their returns policy. They also refuse to take back the faulty item which puts them in breach of the consumers act, but they don't seem to care.It's a clown show over there, I wished I had looked at their reviews beforehand.
