Very disappointing customer service. The item sent to us was defective. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Instead of offering a proper replacement or refund, the company offered a £20 voucher to spend with them in the future, which is completely unacceptable.

I expect a full replacement or refund as required by UK consumer law. If this is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking further action.

No refund given despite being sent time stamped evidence of damage during delivery. Won’t answer emails or phone. Contacted trading standards and getting in touch with my bank to revoke payment!
