Very disappointing customer service. The item sent to us was defective. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Instead of offering a proper replacement or refund, the company offered a £20 voucher to spend with them in the future, which is completely unacceptable.
I expect a full replacement or refund as required by UK consumer law. If this is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking further action.
One of gantry order is missing one of screw fittings and the microwave is lots of dent.. I'm not really happy but I don't want to call them back because I know it will be long process. Hope this will sort out! To benefits other customer in the future..

We frequently receive damaged items, when ever we order and the main issue is that after we place an order, we are notified days later that the items are out of stock and refunded. This results in unnecessary delays and wasted time.
Sent out a heavy appliance with no protective packaging which got damaged in transit twice. Was told to send back at my own cost which I did £50…. No refund given despite being sent time stamped evidence of damage during delivery. Won’t answer emails or phone. Contacted trading standards and getting in touch with my bank to revoke payment! Seems I’m not the only one
Ordered a glass display unit . Came in shattered pieces. So far they have refused a refund , took the item away and then sent it back . The same broken unit ! Never experienced anything like it. saying we refused a replacement item so we are to be blame ….!
