I was charged for a yearly subscription even though my account showed no active subscription or cancel button. The billing dashboard was incomplete and didn’t reveal the active plan, leaving me unable to cancel in time. After searching through hidden menus, I eventually found a downgrade option. This is highly misleading billing behavior. Still waiting for a refund. Use with caution.
