However, when I called for an update, I was only told, “We are working on it, we will get back to you,” yet I have not received any substantial response since then. I urge you to address this matter promptly and process my penalty refund as soon as possible. Additionally, I hope you will take appropriate measures regarding the behavior of the support team to improve the customer experience. I await your swift response.
