I cannot recommend these products to anyone. From my experience, it seems many positive reviews are incentivized, as customers are encouraged to leave favorable feedback in exchange for free items with their next purchase. After seeing an advertisement, I ordered a bundle. Shortly after using the products, my skin became extremely dry and flaky, and I developed dark pigmentation around my mouth. The ingredients seem quite harsh, and I am genuinely worried about potential long-term effects. I contacted the company regarding these issues, but the only response was a suggestion to return the products for a refund. What I needed was guidance or a solution for the pigmentation, not just a refund. They then stopped responding to my emails entirely. Now, I feel uncomfortable going out without makeup to cover the pigmentation, which has been very distressing. I will never use these products again and strongly advise others to think carefully before trying them. In the end, you may spend significantly more time and money trying to fix the damage caused.
