I’m 74 years old. I tried to use the salmon needle but couldn’t use it. I got a reply saying it took awhile to prime after trying again. I still couldn’t get it to work properly. I’ve been trying for the last 2 1/2 weeks to get a return address but their email customer service is full and I’m getting no help. It would be really good if they would follow up on the customers who have got problems with it. It may be very good for young people but when you get to my age it just isn’t working.

The ingredients appear to be quite harsh, and I am genuinely worried about the possible long-term effects. I reached out to the company about this matter, but the only reply I got was a suggestion to return the products for a refund. What I really wanted was advice or a solution for the pigmentation issue caused by their products, not just a refund. After that, they ceased responding to my emails completely. Now, I feel uneasy going out without makeup to hide the pigmentation, which has been quite distressing. I will never use their products again and strongly caution others to reconsider before trying them. Ultimately, you might end up spending far more time and money trying to remedy the damage caused by these products.

I have been using these products for over 6 months, and I’ve found that prolonged use has made my skin extremely sensitive. I can no longer wax my face because it burns, and even using eyeliner for magnetic eyelashes has caused irritation, which hasn’t happened to anyone else. The only explanation for these adverse reactions seems to be my extended use of these products. Additionally, the shipping takes too long, and the prices are higher compared to genuine Korean skincare.

I placed a large order that was not delivered. After contacting the delivery contractor, I learned the address was incomplete. When I tried to call the company about the issue, I ended up going in circles and was directed back to placing an order, which couldn't help me. My emails have been ignored, and I plan to escalate this to consumer affairs soon.
I ordered a magic balm mega bundle almost 3 months ago and gave the products a fair chance. Unfortunately, it isn’t worth the money, as there are cheaper alternatives that perform much better. Though they advertise achieving 'glass skin,' my skin looks no different. The eye stick is supposed to hydrate under eyes, but it simply doesn’t work. I hoped for results with continued use, but after almost 3 months, it hasn’t made a difference.
This product contains too many active ingredients and should come with a warning. As a skincare enthusiast with experience in strong facials, I have never reacted to skincare like I did with this. My skin has become dry, flaky, and red around my nose and outer lips, with patchy redness in various spots. It does not deliver the promised pore-free glass skin. I am highly disappointed and regret buying into the hype from influencers.
