I cannot recommend these products to anyone. From my experience, it seems that many positive reviews are influenced, as customers are encouraged to give favorable feedback in exchange for a free item with their next purchase. I saw their advertisement and bought a bundle. Soon after I began using the products, my skin became very dry and flaky, and I noticed dark pigmentation around my mouth. The ingredients appear to be quite harsh, and I am genuinely worried about the possible long-term effects. I reached out to the company about this matter, but the only reply I got was a suggestion to return the products for a refund. What I really wanted was advice or a solution for the pigmentation issue caused by their products, not just a refund. After that, they ceased responding to my emails completely. Now, I feel uneasy going out without makeup to hide the pigmentation, which has been quite distressing. I will never use their products again and strongly caution others to reconsider before trying them. Ultimately, you might end up spending far more time and money trying to remedy the damage caused by these products.
