Recently, I had a moment that made me truly appreciate the quality of the meat we've been sourcing. While cleaning my grill, I noticed the grease trap was completely empty. Initially, I thought I might have overlooked it, but then it struck me: ever since we switched to purchasing locally raised, fresh meat, I haven't had to empty that trap at all. This might seem minor, but anyone who grills regularly understands how rare that is. For years, when buying meat from grocery stores, I dealt with significant grease buildup, which became a part of my cleaning routine. However, with this meat, there's absolutely nothing accumulating in the trap. No excess fat, no grease residue, nothing at all. This speaks volumes about the quality and healthiness of what is being offered. It's clean, wholesome, and truly authentic meat. My family and I can taste the difference, and now I can even see it reflected in my grill cleaning.

Do you know how hard it is to find ground ham? Boy, am I glad I found you. And those cheeseburgers look extremely tasty. I can't wait to try them. The shipping/packaging arrived with very LITTLE defrosting - which I consider an accomplishment, given how scorchingly hot it has been here in PA. I will visit again.
