I held an account with this bank for over three years and found them to be much more invasive regarding my transactions compared to other banks. Recently, they informed me that my account would be closed without providing a clear reason. They asked for bank details to transfer the closing balance and a statement, which I provided, but I see no reason to give them a statement. They are currently holding just under £40 of my funds.
