If you want a bank with remarkable customer service, I strongly recommend this one. Switching means you won't have to wait on hold for long if you need help, unlike other banks. Everything is clear-cut, and you won't feel confused. Plus, 24/7 online support is a huge bonus.

Terrible Customer Service

The customer service for this bank is a complete mess. The only way to address a frozen account is through in-app chat, which takes three working days for a response, and their phone lines are disconnected from the chat. For other banks, unfreezing an account is simple. This company's incompetence has resulted in blocked salary, rent, and credit card payments, negatively impacting my credit rating. Complaints take eight weeks to process. A complete disaster—avoid this bank!

Disappointing Experience

I held an account with this bank for over three years and found them to be much more invasive regarding my transactions compared to other banks. Recently, they informed me that my account would be closed without providing a clear reason. They asked for bank details to transfer the closing balance and a statement, which I provided, but I see no reason to give them a statement. They are currently holding just under £40 of my funds.

Avoid This Bank

I understand the need for security, but blocking a transaction to a known account while also disabling the app is unacceptable. Support took two hours to respond with vague updates, closing the conversation without resolution. After multiple attempts, my account remains blocked after five hours! This is unacceptable.

Frustrating Account Freeze

With just four days until Christmas, my account and a family member's account are still frozen without any explanation. I completed a 'selfie' ID check two months ago, and there's been no follow-up. I'm extremely disappointed and hope this bank fails. Withdraw your funds while you still can!

Frustrating Account Access Issues

I'm really frustrated that I've been locked out of my account for a week because of a number change. It's Christmas today, and I have funds in that account but still can't access it. I've emailed for five days straight and was asked to provide ID, which I did! Yet, there's been no progress. Please resolve my account!
