The service and customer support are extremely disappointing! It frequently freezes, causing me to miss important moments. When I contacted support for help, they dismissed my concerns. They trick you into trying a decent server during the trial but switch you to a poor one after purchase. I can't wait for my contract to end to switch to another service.
