My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating! The technicians are dismissive and not at all supportive. The service frequently goes offline, forcing me to redownload and reorganize my favorite channels repeatedly. Today marks the fourth time I've had to go through this this month! Clearly, I will not be renewing my subscription.
Over the past three years, I've used this service along with several others, and they all seem to be quite similar. It feels like they are just rebranded sites run by the same company. I switched to a different platform and so far it's been a better experience; it doesn’t buffer like the others and meets my needs.

This service used to be decent, but they have removed key features like m3u8 URLs and no longer support popular media players. They push you to use a specific player that isn't compatible with Mac OS X, and even when installed, it fails to run due to security settings. The support team is unhelpful. I cannot recommend this service.
The channels are often down. Most UHD channels are actually just outdated HD streams. There’s a lack of sports coverage, and the streams are not reliable. The quality of movies and series is quite disappointing. Customer service responds quickly but doesn’t resolve issues, as they seem to ignore reports to their provider. This is among the worst resellers I've encountered.
The service and customer support are extremely disappointing! It frequently freezes, causing me to miss important moments. When I contacted support for help, they dismissed my concerns. They trick you into trying a decent server during the trial but switch you to a poor one after purchase. I can't wait for my contract to end to switch to another service. Game days are particularly frustrating with this platform. I strongly advise against using this service!
