Worst company and worst costumer service ever. For my trip abroad I’d ordered some hair products to bring along. I had the option to pick up the order from a Kruidvat store and since that I am on the road driving the whole day that was a much better option for me. I could pick up the products the next day but never got a message. 4 days later I decided to go to the Kruidvat store at (Aabestraat 2 in Tilburg)for more information about the package. I’ve told them my story about the order that I haven’t received yet and that I’ll be going on holiday in 2 days and that I needed the stuff. The first girl I’ve spoke to couldn’t find the order and give me the solution to go to a bigger Kruidvat store in Tilburg city centre to see if they have it there. So basically she don’t know rather that other store had it but according to her that was the best option. I disagree because all of this I am doing while a student is waiting for me in the car. I am a driving instructor but that doesn’t matter. I asked her for her supervisor which came immediately I told her my story and she was really rude her point was that the product wasn’t there and that Kruidvat texted everyone about delay that they are having. And for some magical reason I’d never received that message and than she went on telling me that basically its my own fault and that I certainly order to pick up product at the store just because of the free delivery and if I’d ordered online I would be waiting for the package too and that she could not help me. She did offer me the same advice as the first girl to go to the other Kruidvat store in town to see if they have the product in their product line. I asked her if they couldn’t call to figure that out?she say no. I also asked her let’s say the other Kruidvat store has the product, is it possible for me to get the products with me based on the payment confirmation that I have. No she said you will have to pay for it again. I asked her how this is helping the situation which was obviously not. It came down to a sorry that this is all She could do. I asked if I could cancel the order she said that I should write an email to God know where? And that first they must receive the product and than I could probably get my money back. So you can understand that this was quite unpleasant for me and it really messed up the rest of my day. This was my first and last time ordering anything from Kruidvat. I personally think that Kruidvat is lacking a lot of professionalism they should give their workers better training in developing their skills in approach and on how to communicate with the customers. Cause the way how I see it,is that you basically pay a company to treat you like sh#t and they are quite good at it.
