Review Time
I had an interview at Kruidvat Eskerplein, went horribly to say the least. The entire interview lasted only a couple of minutes, didn’t have any questions prepared and didn’t let me finish my sentences everytime i tried to answer. After the interview was done, I got told they would call be on Monday to let me know whether I got the job or not. They infact did NOT call me back and I had to go to the store to let them know I didn’t get called. Later that day, I got a phone call that lasted a total of 8 second saying “they couldn’t proceed further with me” and they hung up immediately after. This entire experience was horrible and will also stop purchasing from here. Screw you Kruidvat Eskerplein.

Worst customer support ever, I am trying to get a refund for a month. I have been ignored on Facebook, Instagram, phone call, customer support chat bot and still when they reply it is a generic answer without ANY action... Horrible, I will advocate against Kruidvat FOREVER.
Everything is fine with online purchasing unless for some reason you need to contact customer service. They use an ai from wish.com called kiki to block your access to a real human, yes even on the phone. The AI is one of the worst I've seen. Chatting to a real person is also randomly unavailable during the times they say they are open. When I finally got through to a person on the chat, there was a solid 5 - 15 minute wait every time i sent a message for them to reply. Now I find out that they will not cancel orders??? Why when they are unshipped???? This is literally standard practice for most companies who often have a cancel button. Now I am paying postage for an item I no longer need, and am going to have to have to return the items via mail or in store.
Mistake in their system with special discount 2 + 3 (even noted on the invoice but I only got 5 x the two I paid for not the 3 extra’s - I call them, oh sorry yes but now the action has ended so I can’t help you. Now you have to bring them back to get your money back in the store and we can’t give you this discount anymore - I’m a very good and frequent customer but the customer service is really bad!
I placed an order for a purchase from this online store on 08-05-2025. The package has not been delivered to date and the postal company says that it returned the package to the store before delivery and changed the delivery date three times, but there is still no news of the package. Interestingly, after a long wait, the store's customer service impatiently replied that no one from the staff was available to follow up on this issue. A similar incident happened a while ago when I made a purchase from the etos online store. It is not clear whether the postal company or the seller is to blame for this incident.
