I am trying to contact customer support but it's useless. Nobody picks the phone.If you order a promo stuff, like "buy 4 X items and you will get a free Z item", then, if THEY cancelled one item for whatever reason, they will send you just 3 X items, refund you the missing X item (at the promo price, of course!) and they will keep for themselves the "free" Z one.TL;DR: So instead of getting 4X and 1Z you will just get 3X and no Z.I feel scammed and like I have to do a lot of effort to just contact customer support.Please avoid this service, because if something goes wrong then you are in big trouble.
