I am writing this in response to a mass message and a public statement made during one of her live sessions, where credits were offered to customers who could provide proof of their reviews. I was once a loyal KKB customer and began shopping with the brand in 2018(she used to personally call customers when there were issues with their orders, and thats when my loyalty started). Unfortunately, over time I have seen a significant decline in both product quality and customer service.
After a negative interaction with the owner—who refused to take responsibility, placed blame on me, and made insulting remarks, including calling me out publicly and leaving multiple voice messages—I have decided that I am no longer interested in supporting this business with my money.
