I am writing this in response to a mass message and a public statement made during one of her live sessions, where credits were offered to customers who could provide proof of their reviews. I was once a loyal KKB customer and began shopping with the brand in 2018(she used to personally call customers when there were issues with their orders, and thats when my loyalty started). Unfortunately, over time I have seen a significant decline in both product quality and customer service.

After a negative interaction with the owner—who refused to take responsibility, placed blame on me, and made insulting remarks, including calling me out publicly and leaving multiple voice messages—I have decided that I am no longer interested in supporting this business with my money.

I have been shopping with KKB for about 9 years. The quality of their jewelry is always top notch. Their shipping is usually very quick unless there is a Pre-order. In this case, they are very forthcoming about an estimated time frame. Most buyers realize that making this high quality jewelry for a custom piece takes time. I have personally ALWAYS had quick responses when I have emailed with an inquiry about orders.
The prices are extremely low for today's price in silver and for the exceptional quality of each piece.
KKB is also extremely generous with giveaways and sales. Kristen is amazing! I absolutely love this family owned business and will continue to shop with them.

I went to the website and placed my first order on Nov 8, 2025 with a pre-order of some super cute glitter star sneakers order #218982. I saw a few more things over the next few days and placed 2 more orders. I then downloaded the app and have since placed 45 (yes, 45) more orders. This company stands 100% on integrity and honesty. If you have any questions you can always email customer support and they will respond within a few business days. All orders will be processed and mailed to you. Please read the descriptions carefully so you know if the item you are ordering is a pre-order showing an estimated ship date, an in-stock item shipping in 1-3 business days, or a jewelry made to order item that ships in 4-6 weeks. I’m so very happy to have found such a darling boutique with an owner who truly pours her heart and soul into her well loved company!

Avoid this website and its services

I strongly advise against using this website or purchasing from this company. I placed an order on Saturday, November 8. Their shipping policy states that orders are processed within 4–7 business days, yet it took weeks before I noticed a few items had shipped. The shipping delays were outrageous. I received the last items of my order after Christmas. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Despite paying for unlimited returns, my return request was never processed. The quality of the items I received was also very poor. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear.

Another disappointing experience with this company.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They took my money months ago and I still haven't received my products. The customer service keeps giving me the runaround. First it's backorders, then it's custom items, and now that I finally got the custom item, nothing else has shipped. I was told it would ship tomorrow, then it's on backorder again. I've been promised a refund by management, but months have passed with no product and no refund. Their customer service is automated and unhelpful. Don't waste your time with this company.

Extremely Disappointed with Delays

I would rate this lower if possible. I waited a month for shoes that were supposed to ship by 12/15, and now it's 12/23. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. Communication was very poor, with no recognition of the delay until I was offered store credit for cancellation. The shirt I ordered was also shipped weeks later. Additionally, the model in the advertisement wore a sweater that was two sizes too big, which was not mentioned. Overall, this was a terrible first experience, and it will definitely be my last.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed my order in November for items that were meant to be Christmas gifts, assuming they would arrive in time (even accounting for the preorder disclaimer).
Despite reaching out multiple times, my order was never shipped, and communication was poor and unhelpful. Weeks went by with no resolution, leaving me without the items or clear answers.
The lack of accountability and failure to fulfill the order in a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. I ultimately had to request a refund and escalate the issue due to the lack of response.
This was my first and will be my last time ordering from this company. I would not recommend them to others, especially if timing matters.

I paid $72 for a pair of shoes I ordered in October, and now it's December 22 with no delivery. The service has not replied to my emails. I feel like this company might be a scam. Customers should be cautious.

My first experience was a complete disappointment!

I ordered from this boutique for the first time in October, and it will certainly be my last! I never received the three items I purchased. I had to reach out to the company multiple times before I got any response. None of the items were on preorder! After several emails, I was informed that one sweater was being refunded while the other two items were supposedly being shipped. However, when I checked the tracking number, it turned out to be fake. They provided a random number, assuming I wouldn't verify the shipping details. I have all the email exchanges with this boutique as proof! I'm sure this review will be removed once the owner sees it, but I hope it helps someone think twice before placing an order.

Fabric quality seems fine, but visuals are misleading

While the fabric quality seems acceptable, the images and videos are misleading. I purchased pants and a shirt due to their bright colors, but what I received was completely different. The shirt I ordered was the pink Merry shirt, which appeared larger and more vibrant in the pictures. Instead, it arrived looking smaller and cheap. I couldn't help but laugh upon opening it. I will definitely not be shopping here again.
