I'm really pleased with the photo booth and the offer I received from the service. I was looking for a reliable booth that covered all the essentials, and the platform suggested one that met my needs perfectly. The support team was instrumental in helping me find exactly what I wanted.
Everything was excellent. My only suggestion would be to add a way to check the remaining percentage of paper and ink. It comes fully loaded, but as a first-time user, it’s hard to tell if it will last for an event. I’d also love an option for a three-photo collage like classic booths. Guests often expected the triple mini print option but were confused when only one photo was taken. Otherwise, the experience was amazing, and I would 100% order again for an event.
I ordered this for a Santa photo event and got the premium package with the printer. It arrived a few days before the event as promised. Setup was incredibly easy, and using it was a breeze. I was really impressed with how well the pictures turned out. We took around 30 pictures with the kids, and since we still had it for the day, we used it at our Christmas party as well. We took a lot of pictures and only had to change the paper and ink/toner once, which was simple. It came with plenty of paper.
This service made everything so easy. We chose a package with insurance, which I’m glad we did. The setup was quick and straightforward. Camera settings were adjustable, and I could create custom designs for our photo booth using templates. I opted for insurance since our guests would be using the booth, just to be safe. Thankfully, we had no accidents, but I noticed the camera box doesn’t lock in place, which could be a liability. The app was user-friendly, and I had no issues with it. My only concern was that when using the photo strip option, guests had to tap to approve each photo before taking the next one. This wasn’t a big issue at our small wedding, but it might be a concern with larger crowds.
What a huge success! Initially, I was nervous about the DIY photo booth, but after doing research, I decided to try it for my daughter's 15th birthday. I was pleasantly surprised! The setup was quick and easy; I had it running in under 10 minutes. I rented the premium package, and both the quality and speed of the system were outstanding. I've told all my friends about it, and if you're hesitant, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
