I ordered a replacement key on August 20. One month later I asked for an update on the order. I received a response that the key would be sent the following week. No Key. Three more requests for status have gone unanswered. It is now 2 months since my order and no key, no update. Irresponsible customer service. (Conf. #: 1755693838510)Update: After posting this review on Trustpilot, I was finally contacted by Kryptonite, and they quickly sent me a replacement key and apologized for the delay. They also committed to refund my original payment, but I do not see that they followed through on this.In any case, I appreciate that Trustpilot provided a platform for getting this matter resolved.New Update: Kryptonite did credit me as promised. I missed it upon review of my statement. Thanks for the follow-through.
