Instead of properly investigating the problem, support kept suggesting the same workaround: 'Just enter the package name manually.' This isn't a real solution. Since the add-on incurs an extra cost, I expect it to function correctly without requiring manual interventions. What frustrated me the most was their lack of thorough technical investigation. They didn't check key aspects that could affect my account configuration. Instead, I received the quickest possible response just to close the ticket, which impacts my business operations. This service may be fine for basic shared hosting, but based on my experience, their reseller support falls short for those needing reliable integration. Unless their reseller support improves, I will be switching to another provider that better understands reseller hosting.
