This company hired Mr Jerod Scavuzzo recently from FDR . While at FDR he did something illegal and very unethical calling and threatening my elderly father. Yes I owed money, but my father had nothing to do with this debt but Mr Scavuzzo decided to threaten him to try to get me to pay. My father was so upset he ended up in the hospital. He just died, not necessarily because of Mr Scavuzzo's disgusting tactics, but im sure it didn't help.All I wanted was an admission of guilt and apology and I would of let it go. Instead he decided to say "if someone " called my father that wasn't company policy. Then I never heard from him again. FDR told me he no longer worked for them. I'm not letting then off the hook. I found out Mr Scavuzzo went to this KSI company so I asked them for a response whether they wanted those type if tactics done for them. They have refused to respond. Judging from the other 2 reviews, KSI might be the perfect fit for such a horrible human. Any client thinking of using this company, be aware what kind of people work for KSI
