They listened patiently, asked the right questions, and never rushed the process. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping rather than just offering generic responses.
Just like others, they keep harassing me even though they have the wrong person. I keep telling them I have no idea who this person is that they are trying to call but it’s not me. They are so rude and keep telling me that I am lying and yelling at me. They won’t take my number off whatever file they have for this other person so I said I am just going to block their number, this Adam guy said ‘that’s how I KNOW you know this person’ like wtf? No I’m just tired of being harassed for something that has nothing to do with me.Also this idiot was like ‘google your phone number, it shows up for medical sites’… so I googled and it showed these sites but it says ‘missing ***-***-****’ so they aren’t even reading that my number is NOT attached to any of these google searches. Complete idiots.
Sairoz is absolutely dead weight for this company, I had a situation that I was trying to deal with and all she did was give me misleading information and kept feeding around the bush with things. For me to find out she actually didnt handle the situation at all how it was supposed to, just talked to someone else in a different department who told me she filed and noted things wrong as she didnt even understand the situation I was in. Why not give me to someone who does instead of making it look like you knew what you were doing? Instead my situation may end of taking twice as long because she didnt know what she was doing. She also became terribly rude and ignorant. Company needs to dispose of her if they want to succeed. Wish I could give a zero...good luck. I think its time for ksi to clean up the loose ends.
THEY DONOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING….My friend was having a file with a different collection company, their guy was calling and demanding and being so rude and when we are looking for details about the file, he was not able to give an answer, he was so rude and so unprofessional. I don’t think anyone should pay without confirming if they are telling the truth. I wish I would have the option to give 0 star.
I’ve been getting phone calls incessantly from these people looking for someone that is not me. I asked their automated service to remove me so many times I finally just called and demanded operator. I spoke to a nasty young man who questioned me (no file with them) about another clients information and then refused to send me email confirmation that my number was removed from the file, then he hung up on me. I called again and he just basically called me an idiot and hung up. I called again and a woman seemed more helpful, until I asked for agent # of the man who I spoke to previously. She claimed he was a lawyer so I told her he should be identifying himself then so I can refer his communications to my lawyer. She had a freak out and then also hung up on me. This company is horrific in my little experience and I can’t believe our system is allowing such a negligible and unprofessional “law firm” to continue operating.
thinking about seeking legal action, these KSI LAW people are clueless ( head doesn't know what the A** is doing) they keep calling me for a Jennifer aubi, I've told them for months that they have the wrong number, getting to a point where it is now harassment. anyone know a decent legal team that isn't these fools.

I was contacted by KSI Law Collections about an old account that is past the legal time limit for collection in Ontario. During our conversations, I was told things like “we’re going to take you to court” and “you’ll be sued soon.”After checking with Ontario’s Limitations Act, I learned that collectors can’t start legal action once the two-year limitation period has expired. I found these statements to be misleading and concerning, and I’ve reported the situation to Consumer Protection Ontario.If you’re contacted about an older debt, make sure to check your rights and the limitation period before responding.
