My first order was very good, which is why I decided to order again. Unfortunately, the second order was very disappointing.The products arrived damaged, several cosmetic products had broken protective seals. Because hygiene is very important for cosmetic products, I could not be sure that the items had not been used before. One gift item was also missing.I had to contact customer service multiple times to resolve the issue and arrange the return. The return process took more than one month and required several reminders. After repeated follow-ups, I finally received a refund, but only for the product amount – the return shipping costs were not refunded.The reimbursement of shipping costs had been agreed with customer service in advance. I provided the DHL receipt both inside the package and again by email, as was requested by KSisters. Despite this, the shipping costs were still not refunded.I had to contact customer service again to remind them about the shipping reimbursement. I was told that the transfer had been made, but the money did not arrive. I had to write again. Eventually, they transferred only a partial amount of the shipping costs.When I contacted again regarding the missing amount, I received a reply referring to their general return policy, stating that customers have to bear the shipping costs. It has been almost two months, and I still have not received the full refund for the shipping costs that was agreed upon in advance. The whole return process of opened products (hygiene issue) and especially the last email from Ksisters made me feel being scammed.Despite the long and difficult process, I was still willing to remain a customer by KSister, and initially did not intend to leave a bad review. However, the last response from customer service was the decisive factor that led me to share this experience and to the conclusion that I will never order from KSisters again.
