Specifically, I am addressing the removal of my hard-earned customer reviews. These testimonials represent years of quality service, and seeing them deleted without recourse is unacceptable. My current account representative, Kazan, has been unable to offer any solutions beyond quoting policy, showing a lack of the creative problem-solving I expect from a professional partner. Furthermore, communication has been unprofessional; I have dealt with unreturned calls and representatives prioritizing personal errands during business hours.
