My name is Richard, owner of A Plus Carpet Repairs. I have partnered with KSL for several years and, until recently, viewed our relationship as a cornerstone of my business growth. However, recent actions by your team have jeopardized everything I have spent years building.
Specifically, I am addressing the removal of my hard-earned customer reviews. These testimonials represent years of quality service, and seeing them deleted without recourse is unacceptable. My current account representative, Kazan, has been unable to offer any solutions beyond quoting policy, showing a lack of the creative problem-solving I expect from a professional partner. Furthermore, communication has been unprofessional; I have dealt with unreturned calls and representatives prioritizing personal errands during business hours.
I am deeply disappointed in the current direction of KSL’s customer service. I am looking for a resolution regarding my lost reviews and a higher standard of accountability moving forward.

I’m embarrassed to be a member of the church that owns KSL news. The biased reporting that KSL is guilty of makes me squirm in my lazy boy recliner. They are completely missing the tremendous job that the current US administration is performing each day. Come on Editor, pull your head out and tell the truth of what’s going on.
Now KSL is blocking IP addresses of anyone who has made past statements against liberal statements In The forums. They have gone hog wild with allowing up to 40 comments from people. But seems if you are not liberal they just block your IP address now.Wonderful. Pretty much goes with the Liberal agenda. Blame everyone else and just block them. And they wonder why we make fun of masked people with nobody around. What a bunch of liberal babys.
KSL never seems to miss an opportunity to report negatively on almost anything to do with President Trump. They use such unreliable and tainted polls such as CNN. This is quite disappointing especially considering Utah is a very red state. They should run it as reporting a fair and balanced news.
Terrible, awful, terrible search experience for classifieds. It's nearly impossible to search ones specific criteria. They honestly shouldn't even provide the service. Thankfully, it's not me being picky since it's only 1.7 stars anyway. I email them regularly but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
I am stunned with how biased KSL news has become. It is no longer neutral. Every national review story now is left leaning. The bias is dripping with every story. Very little support for anything positive news story on Trump. Everything quickly turns to the opposition.That was not always the case with KSL. I’ve switched to channels 2 and 4 because of this bias. Someone is clearly and strongly influencing the news copy. You’re losing customer as a result.Richard Wilson
