I bought a "Smartwatch" from them so that I could primarily monitor my blood glucose levels.The primary function of such a device however is to connect to ones phone. This function was simply not possible using this device. After spending 2 days messing with both watch and phone, downloading various apps following dorections provided by their customer service team via email this watch still failed to connect to my phone.As things stand I have requested a full refund or an exchange for another product that actually works. I will up-date this review as that process continues.In all I cannot give this product or its company a higher rating until such time as they actually provide me with what I paid for.As a final update - after a month of going back and forth with emails the company will not accept that the watch does not work and refuse to replace it or refund me without me sending in more videos to show them what they have already seen.I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.I VIEW IT AS A TOTAL SCAM.
