Please avoid these scammers. I was attempting to purchase a watch for my father-in-law and experienced a significant delay, despite having paid for special delivery. There was no communication from their end, and my attempts to cancel the order went unanswered.

*****WARNING****** -10000 if i could rate that!!DO NOT buy from this company. everything looks legit. i purchased a care watch WHICH was cheap and tacky wasn't branded seemed like £5 watch sold for a premium price. i asked to return and GUESS WHAT!!! same response as everyone else. wont give a return address. I couldn't get a refund via PayPal as the watch wasn't Faulty!! Citizen advice been really good we sent letters and now the company has blocked my email.....I've reported to the FRAUD ACTION so i hope no-one else gets caught out like many of us. The address on website is linked to a derelict building. This is obviously a scam so please PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ROBBING B******S
Please please do not buy anything from these people. I just bought mini hero kids watches which are advertised as including EE 4G SIM for uk customers but they did not arrive with any SIM. Customer service respond to the comms on issue and blatantly refuse a refund and return request saying its to be expected for regional reasons and then also ignore requests for complaints lodging. They are falsely advertising on a point that clearly most people, including me, will make their decision of purchase around. Also, I paid for special delivery and it still took 2 weeks.
Absolute disgusting company. Purchased in Aug come in sept. Watch was complicated to use so I asked to return…… customer service was awful wouldn’t give me an address or refund. I disputed with PayPal but because watch isn’t damaged I couldn’t get a refund from them….. where do our online buying rights come into play cos now MY mum is £120 down AVOID AVOID AVOID
lucky to get 1 star i had ordered a watch for my birthday waited 4 weeks for delivery after paying for express delivery so sat 6th had an email to say was delivered but no item was.contacted customer services so back and forth with the emails the final yesterday saying that its not there responsibility after it goes to YODEL (name and shame them them as well) so i wont be getting any refund what so ever so i am £70 out of pocket website looks great sheep in wolf clothing be aware if you buy from them its at your own risk
Do NOT buy from this company. They are falsely advertising items which are also not fit for purpose. I ordered two Kids Activity trackers, one in the black and one in the blue. When they eventually arrived 2 weeks later, both trackers looked nothing like the product photos on the website and were certainly not suitable for a child let alone some adults. The wrist strap was massive. Even on the tightest setting it didn't fit me which made the product advertised to be for children as worthless, as it made no contact with the part of the wrist it is meant to. When I contacted the company to arrange a return and refund, I was refused one on the grounds that the products were "delivered correctly as advertised". I know my rights as a consumer so sought a refund through PayPal by filing a case. Thankfully PayPal ruled in my favour and a refund was given.
I wouldn't give them 1 star if I had the choice! Absolutely rubbish company with no mention that there was no charger included and no indication of where/how to buy one. I wished I had seen this page before I dealt with them. Avoid at all costs.
