These SOS watches,marketed at the elderly are an absolute disgrace. If your aged parent falls down, then I hope they have and can remember their computer degree, they will need it to operate this watch. Steer clear, they will not accept returns and are utterly unhelpful. I would give no stars if I could. Save your money and go elsewhere. Expensive lesson learned, do NOT buy off this company.
