If I could I would rate them 0 stars!! The watch arrived after a very long wait without the Nano sim that was supposed to come with it. You can only contact them via email, I contacted them on Friday about this and they obviously didn’t believe me as they wanted me to send photos of what I received. It is now Tuesday evening and I’ve still got no Nano sim and they are still looking into it.Absolute awful company to deal with and I wish I’d believed all the reviews! Don’t waste your money or time with this company!!
